There is a big difference between saying “I don’t care about that” and “I don’t like that.” It is very possible to look at a situation or circumstance that makes other people happy or sad and come away thinking “I don’t care about that.” However, to some, if you verbalize that apathy, you are saying “I don’t like that.”

There will be people who won’t care about this post and there will be people who don’t like it. I won’t get bent out of shape because I can tell the difference.
