Is it just me or do all of the Obama/Kennedy comparisons creep anyone else out?
There are people who don’t want Obama to just start pulling troops out of Afghanistan and Iraq, but a lot of the language used sounds similar to some of the criticisms about Kennedy’s Cuba policy.
A lot of people want Obama to name Hilary Clinton as his running mate, but Kennedy had a running mate who hated him and we all know how that ended up. Maybe HRC doesn’t hate Obama, but there have to be harsh feelings on both sides.
I’ll do a little more research on the comparisons when I get the chance, but as more people celebrate I start to feel a little more apprehensive.
